The TM5 group will be welcomed in Singapore by the 2023 host, the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) for this year’s Midterm Meeting on 15 May.
Discussions among the TM5 Partner Offices will focus on ongoing projects and new project proposals.
The TM5 Midterm user session and reception will be held at the 2023 INTA annual meeting in the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Center on 17 May from 13:30 to 16:00. The Partner offices will report on their latest activities and the outcome of the Midterm Meeting discussions.
On the following day, a joint TM5 workshop will be held for users on proving use of trade marks in TM5 offices. The workshop will feature presentations from the TM5 offices including information for users regarding practice and procedures for accepting proof of trade mark use. This event will also take place in the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Center on 18 May from 08:30 to 10:00.
