TM5 Joint Statement 2021
On 5 November 2021, the TM5 Partner Offices reached an agreement on a Joint Statement following the 2021 Annual Meeting held on 3-5 November.
In this statement, the Partners acknowledged that the digitalisation of economies and the development of new and emerging technologies are transforming the IP landscape, a process that has been accelerated by the pandemic. The Partners reiterated their common goals of improving trade mark systems, cooperation, and engaging with users and will pursue initiatives related thereto. You can read the Joint Statement here.
