This year’s TM5-INTA joint workshop, held on May 4that the INTA Annual Meeting in London (2-6 May 2026), will discuss the complexities of comparing composite marks in a likelihood of confusion analysis. The discussion will highlight important considerations, including for example, that some elements of a mark carry more weight in tipping the balance towards possible confusion than others, with all the factors carefully weighed in the assessment.
