The TM5 Partners are pleased to invite user representatives from the five jurisdictions to exchange information on the latest developments of the partner offices, the TM5 collaboration and projects and users’ experiences of combating bad faith trade mark applications and registrations. The TM5 user session will take place in the Prince Hakone Ashinoko on 11 December. For those who cannot make it to Hakone, Japan, the 2024 host – the Japan Patent Office – will also provide the option to connect virtually. Users are encouraged to contact their respective IP offices for the necessary participation details.
