TMview is a free online tool that allows users to consult trade marks from all participating trade mark offices at national, international, and EU levels. The objective of the TM5 TMview project is to explore ways of improving access to trade mark related information.
Since 2019, trade mark data from all TM5 Offices has been integrated into TMview. As of 2023, all trade mark images from the TM5 Offices were included in the tool’s image search function to improve the user experience.
A questionnaire is now being launched to gather feedback from users in each jurisdiction on TMview to gain valuable information on the use of the platform and to resolve any issues with its use.
