Publication of TM5 Comparative Examination Report
The TM5 partners announce the publication of the report on ‘Comparative Analysis on TM5 Trademark Examination Results’. The project conducted by the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) is a study to compare and analyze examination results of 99 selected international trade mark applications filed through the Madrid Protocol.
The catalogue includes examples, features specific to each jurisdiction and key points to bear in mind when filing a trademark application. By summarizing characteristics of each jurisdiction’s examination standards, TM5 Partners aim at providing practical user guidance to support international applicants.
