The 2022 TM5 Midterm Meeting, hosted by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), will take place on 28–29 April in Washington, D.C. The meeting will be conducted both in-person and virtually. Discussions among the TM5 Partners will focus on ongoing cooperative projects and new project proposals. It will also be the occasion for the TM5 Partners to observe the group’s tenth anniversary.
The TM5 Midterm User Session will be held on 1 May, at 14:00–15:30 EDT at the 2022 annual meeting of the International Trademark Association (INTA), which is being held both virtually and in-person at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.
Also at INTA’s annual meeting, on 2 May, there will be a TM5 workshop, organised in collaboration with the Japan Patent Office, on recent trade mark–related law amendments.
